Letter to my Staff and Patients

I would like to express my heart felt appreciation to all the patients that I have had the privilege to treat over the last 30 years. My professional career has been a huge part of my life and has had a profound effect on shaping me as a doctor, a husband, a father and as a person. I am grateful for all the people that I have met over the last few decades in my professional life. A special thank you to my staff, past and present, and all the wonderful people that I have been lucky to work with, whom without, my career would not have been so fulfilling. My wife of 30+ years and I have been blessed with three incredible daughters who have grown up way to fast and are making their way in the world. We have also made some lifelong friends here in Ohio who will be difficult to leave, but after much thought and discussion, we feel the time is right to move on with the next chapter of our lives. With that, I would like to bid you a fond farewell and wish you all a life of peace, prosperity, happiness, and purpose.
